Slimothy Nate's New Music Monday A Year In Review

Since October 11th, 2010 Slimothy Nate a.k.a. Big Slim (p.k.a.) Sleezy Sleez has continually released a new song every Monday for a year consecutively.  In the growing change in hip hop music and uncreative approach of a majority of main stream artists, Slim is a refreshing new sound that continues to grow with every new song created.  Since the beginning of New Music Monday Slim has released a barrage of remixes, original production works for up and coming music makers such as Young Key, Bones and many others, and has worked with many artist's including Nina Loco, Himp C, Jack Corriea, P. Heir, Big D, Cris Kenyon, DMJ, Heavyarms, SasaMae and Drezus the songs consist of original thought and realistic direction in a story driven atmosphere.  Song's such as "Peace of Mind" and "Love's Me Not" leave listeners in gripping story's about real life and subjects that can be both relate-able and leave the listener in wonder.  From week 1 to week 52 songs like "Somebody Loves You" and "Heart & Soul" have incredibly more to offer than mainstream artist's with a bass line with 2 part hook and no words in the song.

Big Slim has released an astounding 52 songs for each week in a year.  If most people would have the drive and desire to release 52 personal songs about life, dreams, future and yesterday in a quality of manner in the same time frame music itself would be in a much greater place.  You Wont Live To C Monday Vol. 1 is available for free download at Big Slim Online along with additional mix-tape albums "Go With Me", "Sleezyduzit", "Keep It Lit" and "Live From The BBQ" you would be hard pressed not to take a moment and check out the music and catch a feel for the vibes of music that is grounded and going no where but up.

With growing attention and increasing of shows and media communication, downloads and feedback New Music Monday has been a new standard for song releasing that has spread to many other artist across the United States and many other countries.  It is important to get this help to deserving artist's and the proper feedback to expand and keep hip hop music growing in a constructive and positive manner to keep movements like New Music Monday going and the fans to look forward to "You Wont Live To C Monday Vol. 2"
